Kim's experience speaks for itself. She is extremely knowledgeable, understands the market and current conditions, knows all the contacts (i.e. can get you into a house before it goes to market) and most importantly, is set on finding you the RIGHT home, not any old home. Upon meeting Kim, we were clear on what we were looking for. We felt no pressure to bid on homes which were not of interest to us. In fact, there were a couple homes we considered (after looking for a few months), but the location was not ideal (this was not entirely obvious to us).
