Kim Merrell Lamb
Kim was raised on the East Coast but has lived in this area over 15 years. She has owned a flower shop and a successful interiors store, however, Real Estate has been her lifelong love.
She says, "even as a little girl I can recall raking fallen leaves in our yard into decisive floor plans … moving doorways and walls to improve the flow of my leaf walls." A serious renovator, Kim has purchased, remodeled, and sold nine homes.
Kim has been honored for being in the top 1% in sales volume for Lyon Real Estate. Much of her business is from referrals: happy clients recommending their favorite Realtor—Kim.
CAITLIN MCCALLA
Caitlin decided to go into real estate after working in customer service for over seven years. She enjoys helping people and loves her hometown of Davis, so working for Lyon Real Estate was a perfect fit.
When Caitlin is not in the Lyon office, she's often volunteering in one of the schools her two children attend. Whether serving as a PTA officer or putting together a fundraising event, she enjoys being as involved as she can in the Davis community.
Caitlin Furtek
Caitlin is a life-long Yolo County resident with strong ties to the community. A graduate of CSUS, Caitlin and her husband, Dan, decided early in their marriage that they wanted to buy and remodel their own home.
Choosing Kim as their realtor resulted in a personal and professional friendship and an introduction to real estate. Caitlin and Dan eventually sold their Dixon home and invested in yet another fixer-upper in Davis where they are delighted to be raising their two daughters and to be taking part in the many amenities and activities offered by the city and the school district.
Caitlin wants to show other young families the pathway into Davis’ real estate market and she looks forward to making your dreams come true!

Lyon Cares Foundation
Merrell Lamb & Associates makes a donation from each escrow to the Lyon Cares Foundation. The Foundation supports a number of organizations that serve children and youth, single parents, seniors, and homeless veterans in the greater Sacramento area.
Lyon has partnered with the Sacramento Region Community Foundation to manage and distribute Lyon Cares funds. Established in 1983, the Community Foundation manages over 500 charitable funds for local families, businesses, and non-profits.
