Our job is to make the experience as easy as possible for you. Whether buying or selling a home, there can be bumps in the road; but we focus on steering clear of the rough places. We understand the complexities of the market and keep up with all the changes to avoid unwanted surprises. We would love the opportunity to work with you on your next purchase or sale, and our work together can begin simply with a conversation. You'll find us approachable, hard-working, and a pleasure to partner with.

As Real Estate professionals, we know that our clients are looking for a wonderful home within a special neighborhood or community. In fact, the property may only be as perfect as the neighborhood where it’s located. Whether you are looking for a neighborhood where you can walk to a local coffee shop or grocery store, or want a home close to great schools, or you choose to shorten your commute to work, we will try to find properties that meet your needs.

Here’s a quick introduction to some communities and neighborhoods we know and love.

Davis, California, the perfect college town.

Davis has a small town feel with an impressive university at its core. It is the home of one of America's Favorite Farmers Markets; the world-class Mondavi Center, featuring musicians, entertainers, and speakers; and the Robert Mondavi Institute for Food and Wine.

Bicycling has been a popular mode of transportation in Davis for decades; residents enjoy an extensive network of bike lanes, bike paths, and neighborhood greenbelts. Davis also offers excellent public schools and a friendly and vibrant downtown.

Sacramento, a big little city.

Designated one of the top 10 cities for urban forests, Sacramento enjoys a Mediterranean climate and the cooling influence of the Delta breezes. Often referred to as "the River City", it sits at the confluence of the Sacramento and American rivers, offering an abundance of boating and recreational activities. The capital city is known for its vibrant Midtown, storybook neighborhoods, a Farm-to-Fork movement, and the distinction of being the No. 2 Most Diverse City in America.

Sacramentans appreciate the city’s proximity to San Francisco, the Napa Valley, and Lake Tahoe with its skiing and gaming.

This urban residential area with tree-lined streets and old Victorians is also the center of Sacramento's art, music, and cultural scenes. Live here and a rich assortment of coffee roasters, restaurants, boutiques, bars, and live-music venues are within walking distance.

Land Park and Curtis Park

Here are our storybook, tree-lined neighborhoods. Homes built primarily between 1930-1950 represent several architectural styles: English cottages and Tudor-style homes stand alongside California Spanish style and Craftsman bungalows. Many of the area’s residents are original owners, and it’s common for adult children to return to the neighborhood with their own families. Residents take advantage of the nearby Sacramento Zoo, Fairytale Town, golf course, and 160 acre public park.

East Sacramento

McKinley Park and the Fabulous Forties are two special neighborhoods in East Sacramento. The lots between 38th and 46th Streets and bordered by J Street and Folsom Boulevard are among the largest in East Sacramento, creating the concentration of stately homes that gave rise to the area's name. East Sacramento is a bike friendly
neighborhood, with easy access to markets, schools, and neighborhood restaurants.

Neighboring towns

If you are considering Winters, Woodland, or West Sacramento, we also have lots of wonderful things to share about these communities.
